Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Express shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will be processed same day and shipped.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If we choose to provide a refund, it will be applied to the card it was purchased with or Lumilla store credit.

LIMITATIONS:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn, undamaged and in pristine condition.
