Born in Skagen, Denmark, Louise Eschelman’s design philosophy was shaped by the light, coastlines, and refined minimalism of Scandinavia. Her career began in the rigorous world of European haute couture, honing her craft across the ateliers and fashion houses of Copenhagen, Paris, and London.

Bringing her couture training to the U.S. when invited by Saks Fifth Avenue, Louise eventually launched Lumilla - a luxury brand built on the principles of intentional craftsmanship, quiet confidence, and buy-less, buy-better sustainability.

Today, Lumilla focuses on bespoke fine jewelry and elevated lifestyle pieces. Highlighted on CNBC, partnered with Gwyneth Paltrow for custom Goop collections, and featured across top publication titles including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Forbes, and ELLE, Louise brings an effortless blend of Nordic restraint and California luxury to every design.
